Boxster Clear Wind Deflector - Clear

If your Boxster came with the black mesh rear windscreen, rear vision can be reduced in certain driving situations. This new clear version is a great alternative, and offers better rear visibility. Especially at night! Mounting is the same as the black mesh version, easy to install and remove.

NOTE: If your Boxster wasn't previously fitted with a rollbar windscreen (option 551), mounting hardware will be required to add this part.


Not a factory part, this is a Suncoast exclusive part. Fits all Boxster models (including 718), 2013-2023.

I bought this for my 2016 Boxster Spyder and love it. Clicked right in, looks OEM, and has much better visibility AND functionality than the stock piece (since it is not a mesh). It flexes a little bit and shows fingerprints and smudges pretty badly, but no issues other than that! Very happy with it.

This wind deflector fit perfectly and replaced our mesh insert between the seats of our 2013 Boxster S. The view isn't obstructed at all. I totally recommend this product!

Today I received my Clear Wind Deflector for my 2016 Porsche Boxster S. It was very easy to install and works great. It substantially improves visibility and wind turbulence in the cabin and I highly recommend it.

It is GREAT! It fit perfect. Cut wind a whole lot more than from the mesh one. Much much, better visibility out the rear view mirror. Got it up to 80MPH, way less wind than before. Much easier to carry on a conversation and hear the radio. Thanks!!
Clear wind deflector

Wife complained of loss of visibility to the rear with stock black mesh deflector installed. Told her to push harder with right foot and would not have to worry about what was behind her, but wasn't buying it. This is a nicely finished plexiglass piece that obviously eliminates visual interference to the rear that is inherent with the stock blocker. Install takes some "persuasion." however. Suspect removal does too, although not much reason to remove it once installed. You don't need the hardware accessory if you already have a mesh deflector mounted.
