Billing, Refunds & Credits

Payment is captured upon successful order placement. Refunds for returned products are processed promptly upon receipt at our warehouse and are issued via the original payment method used — accepted methods include Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.

Refund amounts reflect the original purchase price minus any applicable shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is received and your credit has been issued. Please allow 5–7 additional business days for the credit to appear on your account or statement.

Order Cancellation Policy

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible — early requests have the highest chance of success. Cancellations can involve multiple steps including voiding orders in manufacturer systems, removing items from backorder queues, pulling items from production schedules, or intercepting shipments at the shipping dock.
