DELAY NOTICE - We are seeing massive shipping delays, on all fronts. Porsche's Atlanta depot is back-logged, sea freight is behind schedule, and depots are short staffed. In our 20 years of business we haven't seen this amount of dealys. We're doing our best to keep our shelves full, but we're experiencing delays on a wide range of Porsche parts and accessories. Especially items coming from Germany. We're doing our best to notify of any delays, but please be aware that unexpected delays are possible. Additional expedited delivery options are available at an additional fee for items that may be obtained outside the U.S.
Shipping Methods - UPS is our default and primary shipping method, we also use the US Postal service for small flat rate packages. For larger items we use freight carriers. In an effort to deliver orders quicker, we may use different shipping carriers than selected if necessary (at no extra cost). Shipping and expediting fees are never refundable, no exception. Return shipping is never covered by Suncoast.
The chart above shows UPS Ground shipping time tables for the US. All orders are subject to a 2-3 business days processing time, special orders can take longer. Once we process your order, you will receive an automated email if additional processing time is necessary. If delivery by a specific date is critical, contact us ASAP! We will be happy to check to see if we can meet your deadline. The chart shows the normal transit time for UPS Ground, but this is not a guaranteed transit time.
Have a shipping error? Damaged box? Timing is critical, so make sure you inspect your order upon receipt from UPS and contact us within 10 days of delivery. If you're outside the USA and having the package forwarded to your location, make sure the receiver opens the package and inspects for damage and accuracy. Our responsibility ends there, any loss or damage beyond that point will have to be settled with your shipper/freight forwarder.International orders - our site will quote International shipping to your location. Taxes & Duty - If you're outside the US, you will be responsible for any taxes or duty fees which are imposed by your government. Before ordering, check with UPS or your local government to get an estimate.
Freight Forwarder? - If you're using a freight forwarder, our responsibility ends when they receive the package. Make sure they inspect all contents for damage and accuracy, and contact us with any issues before they forward the products to your location. Once they forward the package they are responsible for any loss, damage, or missing items.
