Porsche Parts Return Policy — Suncoast Porsche

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Electrical Parts & Components — No exceptions
  • Installed Items — Any part that has been installed cannot be returned
  • Clothing — Non-returnable, however size exchanges are available. Email us for exchange details
  • Missing Original Packaging — Items must be returned with ALL original Porsche factory packaging, boxes, and materials exactly as received
  • Undocumented Shipping Damage — Damage that was not reported upon delivery
  • Incomplete Returns — Missing hardware, components, or accessories
  • Misuse or Improper Installation Damage — Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
  • Returns Beyond 30 Days — All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Special & Custom Order Items — Including color-specific interior parts, non-factory parts, body panels, and any items not listed on our website. "Made to Order" parts cannot be returned under any circumstances

Returnable Items — Subject to a 35% Restocking Fee

The following items may be eligible for return, subject to a 35% restocking fee:

  • Special ordered and in-stock items (uninstalled, in original condition)
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items accompanied by an approved RMA number

Please note: Unauthorized returns submitted without an approved RMA number or management acknowledgment are subject to the 35% restocking fee and may be refused. Submit your RMA request here before returning any item.

How to Resolve an Order Problem

Received something damaged, incorrect, or missing a part? Follow these steps immediately to ensure the fastest possible resolution. You have 10 days from delivery to report shipping errors or damage — do not delay.

Step 1 — Contact Us Immediately

Our Parts team is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET. Call or email us as soon as an issue is identified. If we're closed, email us at [email protected] and we will respond on the next business day. Reasonable requests are always considered when raised promptly. Inspect all items upon receipt.

Step 2 — Document Damaged Boxes or Parts

If a package arrives visibly damaged, notify the freight carrier or UPS driver at the time of delivery if possible. Ask the driver to note the damage — this documentation is critical for filing a successful damage claim. Do not discard damaged packaging.

Step 3 — Keep All Packaging

Retain all original factory packaging, outer boxes, and interior padding until your issue is fully resolved. Discarding any packaging materials may prevent us from processing a claim or return on your behalf.

Step 4 — Take Photos of Everything

Photographs are the fastest way to resolve any dispute. Please email clear photos of:

  • The damaged or incorrect item
  • All packaging, including outer box and interior padding
  • Any fitment issues or discrepancies

Photos allow us to quickly assess the situation, open carrier claims, and get you a resolution without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Step 5 — Do Not Install a Questionable Part

If you suspect a part is defective, incorrect, or damaged — do not install it. Installing a part waives your ability to return it or file a claim. Modified or installed parts cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Shipping & Return Policy Details

Damaged Items

All damage claims must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Please refer to the problem resolution steps above for full instructions on how to document and report damaged items.

Clothing Exchanges

Clothing items are non-returnable but size exchanges are available. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Washed, worn, or soiled clothing cannot be exchanged. Contact us to initiate a clothing exchange.

International Orders

International shipping fees, import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Customers outside the USA are solely responsible for all customs and import charges imposed by their government upon delivery.

Freight Forwarders

If you are shipping to a freight forwarder, Suncoast Porsche's responsibility ends upon delivery to that location. Ensure your freight forwarder inspects all package contents for damage and accuracy before forwarding. Once the package has been forwarded, the freight forwarder assumes full responsibility for any loss, damage, or missing items.

Shipping Fees

Shipping and expediting fees are non-refundable — no exceptions. Return shipping costs are not covered by Suncoast Porsche. UPS is our primary domestic carrier. International shipments are handled via UPS Expedited services. All import duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Manufacturer Warranty

Genuine Porsche OEM parts come with a limited manufacturer's warranty against factory defects. Please note:

  • Warranty coverage is voided by misuse or improper installation
  • Some warranty claims must be completed at your local authorized Porsche dealer and cannot be processed by mail
  • Labor and installation costs for warranty replacement parts are not covered

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We make every effort to keep our website pricing current, however Porsche OEM parts pricing fluctuates frequently. The price at time of order placement is the confirmed purchase price.
