Ordering & Shipping

Will my order ship today?

All in-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will notify you by email as soon as possible with an updated estimated ship date. Here is a general guide to expected lead times:

  • In-Stock Items: 2–3 business days
  • Local Depot Orders: 3–5 business days
  • Parts from Germany: 3–5 weeks
  • Custom / Special Order Parts: 4–6 months

Need it faster? Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. Contact us if your timing is critical and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.

How do I track my Porsche parts order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the UPS website. If you have not received tracking information within your expected processing window, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard UPS Ground shipping on qualifying orders:

  • Lower 48 States: Free shipping on orders over $200.00
  • Florida Residents: Free shipping on orders over $150.00

Free shipping applies to standard size UPS boxes only and excludes heavy, oversize, freight, and HAZMAT items. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

What shipping carriers do you use?

UPS is our primary domestic shipping carrier. We also use the US Postal Service for small flat-rate packages and freight carriers for larger or oversized items. For international shipments, we use UPS Expedited services. In some cases we may substitute carriers to get your order to you faster — at no additional cost to you.

Are the parts on your website genuine Porsche OEM parts?

Approximately 95% of products on SuncoastParts.com are 100% Genuine Porsche OEM parts — not aftermarket replicas or third-party substitutes. They are original factory parts sourced directly through our authorized Porsche dealership. Any non-factory or aftermarket items are clearly labeled as such. I couldn't find a part on your website — do you still have it?

Yes — we have access to the complete Porsche factory parts catalog plus a carefully selected range of premium aftermarket accessories. If you can't find what you're looking for on our site, contact us with your vehicle details and part description and we will locate it or recommend the right vendor.

How do I find the right part for my Porsche?

The best way to ensure correct fitment is to have your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) ready when ordering. Your VIN allows us to identify your exact vehicle configuration and confirm compatibility. You can find your VIN on your registration, insurance card, or on the driver's side door jamb. When in doubt, contact our parts specialists before ordering.

Do you carry parts for classic Porsche models?

Yes! We carry genuine Porsche Classic parts for a wide range of vintage and classic Porsche models including the 356, 912, 914, early 911 models, 964, 993, and more. Warranty & Returns

Do Porsche parts purchased online come with a warranty?

Yes. All Genuine Porsche OEM parts come with a 2-year, unlimited mileage, parts-only warranty covering manufacturer defects. Please note:

  • Installation damage, misuse, or improper installation is not covered
  • Warranty claims must be processed at an authorized Porsche Service Center with the vehicle present and proof of purchase
  • Labor and diagnostic fees are not covered for parts purchased online unless installed by an authorized Porsche Service Center

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible uninstalled items in original factory packaging. A 35% restocking fee applies. The following items are non-returnable: electrical parts, installed items, special/custom orders, clothing, and items missing original packaging. An approved RMA number is required for all returns. My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

Act quickly — you have 10 days from delivery to report damage. Follow these steps:

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt
  • Do not discard any packaging, boxes, or padding materials
  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and all packaging
  • Contact us with your order number and photos as soon as possible
  • Do not attempt to install a damaged or suspect part

Prompt reporting allows us to open a carrier claim and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Will I get a discount with my PCA or club membership?

Why did the price change on an item I was looking at?

Genuine Porsche OEM parts pricing is set by Porsche Cars North America and is subject to change at any time without prior notice. We update our pricing as quickly as possible when changes occur, but fluctuations can happen frequently. The price displayed at the time of order placement is your confirmed purchase price.

What payment methods do you accept?

I'm in Sarasota — can I pick up parts at your dealership?

Yes, local pick-up is available at our Sarasota, FL dealership location. Please note that website pricing applies to online and phone orders only. In-store pick-up is subject to a minimum pick-up fee. To arrange pick-up, simply place your order online and select Local Pick-Up as your shipping option at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

International Orders

Do you ship Porsche parts internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally via UPS Expedited services. To get a shipping quote, add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout — international shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your location. Please note that all import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Products on our site are primarily intended for the North American market — please contact us before ordering to confirm compatibility with your vehicle.

I am using a freight forwarder — what do I need to know?

If you are using a freight forwarder, our responsibility ends upon delivery to their facility. Please ensure your freight forwarder thoroughly inspects all package contents for damage and accuracy before forwarding your order. Once the package has been forwarded, the freight forwarder assumes full responsibility for any loss, damage, or missing items. Contact us immediately if any issues are found prior to forwarding.

Installation & Compatibility

Do you recommend professional installation?

Yes — professional installation by a qualified Porsche technician is always recommended. Some parts require specialized programming, dealer activation, or technical expertise to install correctly. Improper installation can void your warranty and may affect your vehicle's performance or safety. When in doubt, consult an authorized Porsche Service Center before attempting installation.

Will these parts affect my Porsche's factory warranty?
