great piece of kit, took about 1 hr to install. good video's on youtube on how to remove the original. This was a factory option so it looks the part vs bolt on. looks great on the car!

This looks very good on my Boxster, and is much better looking than the dull stock roll bar cover. It extends the custom Gloss Black trim theme I have been adding to my silver Boxster (sport mirror brackets, rear diffuser, smoked rear tail lights). However the kit only replaces the rear portion of the roll bar cover (about 3/4 of the surface- not the front area). This is not clearly shown in the picture. The roll bar cover has extremely delicate attachment clips. I had mine professionally installed. If you broke off the clips trying to install it, you would be in trouble. Price is reasonable.
