Spyder Side Intake Kit SKU: PK718SPGR

I tried removing the old inlets by pushing in the clips with a trim tool, but was not successful. They wouldn't slide out like you see in videos and I ended up marring the vinyl I had covering the panel (a layer of tape was not enough, as the space is just too tight). In the end, I had to just wiggle and pull hard; they eventually came out, clips intact. The new single-slat inlets look pretty slick, but note that they are slightly darker than the double slat version. As you can see in the pictures posted by Suncoast, they are also darker than the interior duct just behind the inlets, so there will be a subtle color mismatch. Not a big deal, but I'd say unless you have a damaged inlet like I did, it's probably best to leave the factory ones in place.
