The most aggressive, most capable exhaust system Soul Performance has ever built — full stop. The 992 GT3 Race Exhaust System is a complete header-back solution engineered from CAD to CNC for maximum power, maximum sound, and over 25 lbs of weight savings. Long tube runners, bespoke billet CNC merge collectors, and straight 3" piping with an X-pipe deliver a higher-pitched, smoother sound akin to an RSR race car — and the dyno results back it up.

Independent testing at Hydra Motor Works on a Dynojet confirmed peak gains of 23 whp and 19 ft-lbs of torque with the Race Exhaust System alone. Paired with a Hydra Motor Works Stage 2 ECU tune, peak gains reached 60 whp and 26 ft-lbs — with max gains exceeding 60 whp and 70 ft-lbs of torque. Remarkable numbers on a naturally-aspirated engine, made possible by removing the factory restrictions that were limiting the GT3's true potential.

Headers Soul Performance's billet CNC head flanges deliver a more efficient transition from exhaust ports into the runners while adding extra strength in a high-stress area — preventing cracking from repeated hard use during track days. The bespoke billet merge collector is designed from CAD to CNC for a no-compromise result, maximizing runner length and eliminating several welds in the interest of durability. A slip-on merge collector was not considered — the risk of exhaust leaks was unacceptable. V-band connection points replace the factory 991-generation connection requiring costly OEM clamps and donut gaskets.

Rear Exhaust Section The rear section concentrates the entire flow into a single full 3" path — a dramatic improvement over the factory system's large catalytic converters terminating into a heavy dual-entry muffler with restrictive piping throughout. The system is modular, allowing interchange between catless and high-flow catted assemblies with minimal effect on exhaust velocity. A tip plate matching the style used on 991 GT3 models allows tip assemblies to be switched at any time.

Valve Simulators The 992 GT3's electronic valve actuators cannot simply be removed — doing so triggers a check engine light and reduces the rev limiter to 6,000 RPM. Soul Performance's valve simulators plug directly into the factory valve harnesses, allowing full removal of the factory valves with no check engine lights and no rev limiter reduction.

Sound The blending of the X-pipe gives the 992 GT3 a higher-pitched sound befitting of a GT race car — authoritative volume, aggressive wail, and a permanent smile. Soul Performance describes the catless version as without a doubt the loudest and most aggressive system they have ever built. Those seeking a Cup Car experience will not be disappointed.

Optional Ceramic Coating Jet-Hot ceramic coating is available at additional cost. Extreme (1300) or Ultra Extreme Heat (2500) coatings can lower surrounding temperatures by up to 65% and protect against thermal oxidation and corrosion. Contact us for a quote.

HJS HD 200-Cell Catalysts Soul Performance uses HJS HD 200-cell catalytic converters — the finest performance catalysts available. The HD design features premium triple-foil winding for maximum strength and a brazing stripe that prevents the core from moving or sustaining damage under sustained high-horsepower use.

Construction & Quality Soul Performance assembles each component in-house at their Willow Grove, PA facility from mandrel-bent T304L .065" thick-wall stainless steel. Billet 304L stainless steel head flanges and merge collector are precision-cut on a 5-axis CNC machine. Back-purged TIG welding using ARCAL™ Prime argon gas ensures proper weld penetration and long-term durability — crucial for track use. Thick-gauge aluminum fixtures are used during fabrication to prevent warping and guarantee perfect fitment. Every set is rigorously quality-checked and foam-packed for safe delivery.

Warranty Coverage by Product Type

Genuine Porsche OEM Parts — 2-Year Warranty

All Genuine Porsche OEM parts purchased from Suncoast Porsche or SuncoastParts.com come with a 2-year, unlimited mileage, parts-only warranty beginning on the date of purchase.

If your parts are installed at an authorized Porsche Service Center, both parts and labor warranty coverage may apply if the part is deemed defective within the 2-year warranty period. Coverage varies by location — please check with your local Porsche dealer prior to installation to confirm their specific warranty participation, as each Porsche Center is independently owned and operated.

Important warranty notes for online purchases:

Labor, diagnostic, and installation fees are not covered when parts are purchased online from SuncoastParts.com or Suncoast Porsche, unless the parts are installed by an authorized Porsche Service Center
Warranty claims must be processed in person at an authorized Porsche Service Center
Warranty service is honored at any authorized Porsche dealer in the United States, however some dealers may decline warranty claims for parts purchased online or from another dealership — always verify with your local dealer before installation

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

The following situations and conditions are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage:

Improper Installation or Misuse — Damage resulting from incorrect installation, negligence, unauthorized alteration, or accident. This includes any use in racing, competition, or motorsport applications
Lack of Proper Maintenance — Damage caused by failure to follow the vehicle's recommended Maintenance Schedule, or failure to use the correct fluids, fuel, oil, or lubricants as specified in the Owner's Manual. Proof of proper maintenance is the owner's responsibility — retain all service receipts in case questions arise
Consequential or Economic Losses — Towing fees, rental vehicles, loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or any other indirect economic losses
Vehicles Outside the USA & Canada — Parts installed on vehicles registered or primarily operated outside of the United States or Canada are not covered under this warranty

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Installed by an Authorized Porsche Dealer

If your parts were originally installed by an authorized Porsche dealer, warranty repairs may be performed by that same dealer or any other authorized Porsche Service Center in the United States. Please allow a reasonable timeframe for repairs after delivering your vehicle to the dealership.

Installed by an Independent Repair Shop

Please be aware: All warranty claims must be inspected, performed, and documented by factory-trained Porsche technicians at an authorized Porsche dealership. Work performed at an independent repair shop does not qualify for warranty consideration. If warranty coverage is a priority, we strongly recommend having your parts installed at an authorized Porsche Service Center.

Documentation Requirements for Warranty Claims

To process a warranty claim, the servicing Porsche dealer will require:
