Ready to race. The Cayman GT4 is always ready to switch from the road to the race track. The basis for this: the precise handling that inspires ambitious sports drivers. With the Manthey kit for the 718 Cayman GT4, the performance of the mid-engine sports car is further optimized specifically for use on the race track. With detailed fine-tuning, Porsche and the Nordschleife specialists from Manthey have achieved a result with road-legal components that plays to its strengths in the fight for personal best times. The special challenge here: despite all the shared enthusiasm for motorsport, never abandon the connection between everyday life and the race track that is typical for Porsche GT sports cars.

Aerodynamic package
The sophisticated aerodynamic concept of the basic version of the 718 Cayman GT4 has been further optimized for the requirements of race tracks. The combination of additional air guide elements on the front underbody and a carbon gurney proved to be particularly aerodynamically efficient. While the former provide additional downforce through optimized air flow under the front of the car, the carbon gurney on the standard rear wing creates the appropriate balance and higher contact pressure on the rear axle. The aerodynamic measures are completed by new wing mounts. The new mounts also allow non-road-legal positions of the rear wing if higher downforce is desired for circuit use.

Air intake grille
Use on the circuit also places its own demands on the side air intakes above the side skirts. In order to stop coarse dirt such as tire rubber abrasion at the entrance to the intake duct, the 718 Cayman GT4 Manthey kit contains specific grille inserts.

Coilover suspension
For the suspension tuning, the development path led directly to Manthey's very own territory: the Nürburgring Nordschleife. The coilover suspension, tuned on countless laps, has 3-way damping force adjustment and is derived directly from the 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport. Technically speaking, it is an upside-down chassis with new adjustable tie rods on the rear axle, which allow for higher camber values (front axle -2.6° and rear axle -2.2°). Translated into a set-up by Manthey driving dynamics development, it sounds like this: Increased cornering speeds with improved controllability at the limit.

Brake line set with steel sheathing
Also co-developed by Manthey and tested on the Nürburgring Nordschleife: the brake line set with steel sheathing. This component of the kit ensures even more direct pedal feedback and a faster reaction time as a result.

Additional features
The entire kit is also impressive in everyday life - including the specific design features. The scope of delivery includes illuminated carbon door sill panels with Manthey lettering in red and white. In addition, the Manthey lettering can be attached to the vehicle doors in either white or black. Overall impression: Ready to go. Two recovery straps are optionally available especially for use on the circuit. These are available in red, black or yellow and are attached to the front and rear sections in the thread provided for this purpose. They must be removed before taking part in public traffic.

Note: Road approval and warranty remain unchanged. The individual components of the 718 Cayman GT4 Manthey Kit are precisely coordinated with one another. For this reason, they may only be installed together on the vehicle. For best results and for warranty coverage, we recommend having a Manthey certfied dealer install this kit.

Warranty Coverage by Product Type

Genuine Porsche OEM Parts — 2-Year Warranty

All Genuine Porsche OEM parts purchased from Suncoast Porsche or SuncoastParts.com come with a 2-year, unlimited mileage, parts-only warranty beginning on the date of purchase.

If your parts are installed at an authorized Porsche Service Center, both parts and labor warranty coverage may apply if the part is deemed defective within the 2-year warranty period. Coverage varies by location — please check with your local Porsche dealer prior to installation to confirm their specific warranty participation, as each Porsche Center is independently owned and operated.

Important warranty notes for online purchases:

Labor, diagnostic, and installation fees are not covered when parts are purchased online from SuncoastParts.com or Suncoast Porsche, unless the parts are installed by an authorized Porsche Service Center
Warranty claims must be processed in person at an authorized Porsche Service Center
Warranty service is honored at any authorized Porsche dealer in the United States, however some dealers may decline warranty claims for parts purchased online or from another dealership — always verify with your local dealer before installation
If a warranty claim is approved and the part was not installed by a Porsche Service Center, installation of the replacement part remains the customer's responsibility

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

The following situations and conditions are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage:

Improper Installation or Misuse — Damage resulting from incorrect installation, negligence, unauthorized alteration, or accident. This includes any use in racing, competition, or motorsport applications
Lack of Proper Maintenance — Damage caused by failure to follow the vehicle's recommended Maintenance Schedule, or failure to use the correct fluids, fuel, oil, or lubricants as specified in the Owner's Manual. Proof of proper maintenance is the owner's responsibility — retain all service receipts in case questions arise
Consequential or Economic Losses — Towing fees, rental vehicles, loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or any other indirect economic losses
Vehicles Outside the USA & Canada — Parts installed on vehicles registered or primarily operated outside of the United States or Canada are not covered under this warranty

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Installed by an Authorized Porsche Dealer

If your parts were originally installed by an authorized Porsche dealer, warranty repairs may be performed by that same dealer or any other authorized Porsche Service Center in the United States. Please allow a reasonable timeframe for repairs after delivering your vehicle to the dealership.

Installed by an Independent Repair Shop

Please be aware: All warranty claims must be inspected, performed, and documented by factory-trained Porsche technicians at an authorized Porsche dealership. Work performed at an independent repair shop does not qualify for warranty consideration. If warranty coverage is a priority, we strongly recommend having your parts installed at an authorized Porsche Service Center.

Documentation Requirements for Warranty Claims

To process a warranty claim, the servicing Porsche dealer will require:

Your original sales receipt or order confirmation from SuncoastParts.com or Suncoast Porsche
A completed warranty certificate
Proof of proper vehicle maintenance history (if applicable)
