DEVELOPMENT: Unleash an incredible exhaust note and intimidating turbo spool befitting of a 700 horsepower masterpiece by upgrading from 700 cell to 200 cell catalytic converters and optimizing exhaust flow through CAD designed and hand finished downpipes. Incorporating HJS HD 200 cell catalytic converters – designed to withstand extreme abuse – let you hear your turbos clear as day with no check engine lights or noxious fumes. Larger valves than factory (76mm OD vs 67mm OD) and a larger outlet pipe allow for an increase in exhaust flow. Priority flow is increased to the tip outlet, increasing power and sound when the valves are open.
CONSTRUCTION: Each system is made in-house by our fabrication team from mandrel bent .065″ wall, 2.5″ diameter T304L stainless steel tubing, CNC cut flanges, laser cut brackets, and hand made outlet pipes. All welds are back purged for increased longevity under the most extreme conditions.
HJS HD CATALYSTS: The highest quality catalytic converters available, known for their industry leading flow and durability. They are efficient enough to meet strict EURO 4 emission standards while still allowing for an increase in flow – all without a check engine light. The HD design uses premium triple foil winding for maximum strength. The brazing stripe is an extra feature in the interest of durability – it prevents the core from moving or experiencing any damage from sustained high horsepower abuse. We use a large and appropriately sized catalyst to allow for maximum gains – no compromises here!
