Front Trunk Liner - 991/981/718 SKU: SKU991FLCL

I really wanted to like this frunk liner, however I found it to be really underwhelming. It feels like it's made of a hard, brittle plastic which means anything rolling around in your frunk may cause rattles and noises while driving. It's not the kind of premium soft polymer you'd find in, say, a WeatherTech product. It has no "grip" or texture, it's more of just a hard plastic tub. But most unfortunately, it takes up a TON of dead space, reducing the available surface area of the frunk quite dramatically. I still can't seem to figure out why it needs to be made in this shape and why the walls of the liner are so much narrower than the shape of the frunk interior itself. I wouldn't recommend it.

The frunk liner fit perfectly. The underside said "Made in Germany" and it certainly felt like it - strong and sturdy!

This liner is the perfect fit for the 2021 Cayman. I love the fact I can tote groceries, dirty hiking shoes, etc. and keep any potential spills from ruining my car. Simple to install (once you figure out how it is done) and delivery was timely. Like others have noted, wish the plastic was thicker, but as a whole the liner seems durable. Glad I purchased for my vehicle.

Really like the fit and the Porsche logo. It will protect my frunk much better than the cotton towels I was using.

A good fit once you figure out how to install. Don’t recommend if you have to get into the trunk tool kit often, since you have to remove the liner. It’s pricey for a (large) piece of molded plastic and the added shipping costs may cause hesitation, but if you use the frunk to transport anything that can spill, break, or wreak havoc, it’s a great investment.
