Bought the Cayman R sport front set and was very pleased. I can definitely tell that the brakes are more aggressive than the stock set. This pad set came with everything you need (pads, pins, wear sensors) just like in the picture. Note: You might opt for new caliper bolts if you are replacing the rotors at the same time.
