I am very pleased with this cargo mat. The Truffle Brown is a perfect match for my factory carpet. In fact, it seems to be factory carpet used to construct this mat. The reverse side is textured and very grippy. Recommend this mat for lighter duty applications where a luxurious, factory look is important. If you frequently haul wet, muddy items, a waterproof liner with raised edges may be better suited to your needs. However, waterproof liners with raised edges cover the tie-down rings. This mat has cutouts so you still have access to the tie-downs. Highly recommended.
