Specifically, from the Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 in the unmistakable Kuehne + Nagel® design, with which Porsche competed in the East African Safari Rally in 1974. In one of the toughest rallies in the world, the teams have to prove their skills in exceptional situations. Almost 5,000 kilometres in the most difficult conditions in the Kenyan desert push even experienced rally professionals to their limits. One of them was Björn Waldegård and Hans Thorszelius, who, despite heavy rainfall and flooding, brought their number 22 Porsche home as the second car at the 19nd edition of the desert race.
