The paddles are beautifully made and fit perfectly to the smaller factory optioned ones! However, mine did not come with the "+" and "-" indicators as listed in the description. Unfortunately, I've already attached them, so I'll keep them. With that said, I'm not sure that it takes away from the paddles and obviously I know which paddle is for upshifting/downshifting!!
