Replacement rubber insert for the roof transport system. These significantly reduce wind noise when installed. The open track on the roof transport bars can cause excessive wind noise at higher speeds, and this rubber gasket fills the gap to prevent this noise. It extends the complete length of the bar. If you're using roof bar accessories (for bike, boat, surfboard, etc..), you can cut these pieces to fit between the track accessories and open spots on the rack. This will further reduce wind noise when accessories are installed.
