I ordered OEM parts to replace the brakes on my 2016 Macan S. When placing my order for the rear pads, I also special-ordered a set of pad retainer clips, not knowing that they were included with the pads. I returned the special-ordered clips and received a full refund for them, promptly and with no issues. Thanks!
