Awesome finishing detail for any nice vehicle. I was a bit hesitant about this because I read reviews where it was "cheap plastic" and not actually aluminum. It actually has a very nice weight to it and looks amazing, even better in person. Also, who would want it to be real Aluminim? You won't remember to always mount it in its post while fueling and you definitely don't want a metal gas cap bouncing around on your paint. Given the prices for most Porsche accessories, I'd call this a bargain, plastic or not.
