I had to replace my passenger side mirror. I liked it so much I switched out the driver's side too. I agree with everyone that commented . These mirrors improve your field of vision and your safety.

This was very easy to install, and it works better than the original. It does have more coverage and better visibility. When removing the original part, be careful when removing the two connected mirror wires. Jiggle them back and forth first, then pull. Remember which is which for reconnection. Fits back in very easily. All in all, great part and easy to do in 5 mins.

If you're an owner of an older Boxster and have been annoyed for years about its driver's side blind spot, this mirror will solve your problem. It's easy to install, easy to use, and the improvement in what you can see and your awareness of what's going on around you is nothing short of spectacular .....and far better than I expected. A must-do upgrade.

Several times I was surprised that a car was to my drivers left and I never saw them, although I felt them. This was bothersome and when I saw this product I decided to buy it over the round blind spot mirror that you adhere to the existing mirror. The convex mirror was easy to install and after a few days of getting used to the view, it is great. I see more than I ever thought with this mirror. I was concerned that I would be either distracted by the extra activity visible in the mirror or have to process more data when I looked into the mirror. Once again, once you get used to the mirror after a few drives, it is great. For safety reasons, this is a great accessory at a reasonable price.
