OEM Window Regulator as described; install in my 996 was super easy. No adjustments needed. Remove old one; install new one. 1.5 hour start to finish for a first timer.

Perfect replacement, everything bolted up and window required no adjustment. The old one had been working, but not dropping as much as it should when opening/closing the door. The new regulator has the window working like new again.
