If the wiper motor on the 911 Carrera/Targa/Turbo (993) models needs to be replaced, the defective wiper motor is replaced with the wiper motor of similar design used on a newer model Porsche (the original version is no longer available). This kit comes with a new motor, adapter plugs, and AC seals.
To complete this conversion, the wiper rack must be removed. As part of this removal, you have to disconnect some of the air conditioning lines. Our kit will come with new seals for the air conditioning system. This job requires minor wiring, and your AC system will have to be drained & refilled. Professional installation is recommended. Fits all 1994-1998 911 (993) models, choose from Left Hand Drive (USA) or Right Hand Drive (outside the USA).
Note: Once installed the newer design motor will function like the original, but there are only two speeds settings (High & Low). Special order, allow 2-3 days for processing.
