That's why we fully 360o TIG weld 1.75" Docol R8 Advanced High-Strength Steel tubing instead of the inferior 4130 CrMo or even mild steel other roll bar manufacturers use. CMS Performance tailors the Porsche 992 T/GT3/GT3RS roll bar to use the strongest chassis mounting points. The main roll hoop is X-braced and features a cross bar for mounting racing harness shoulder straps.

Our use of high-tech Docol R8 tubing and main-hoop cross bracing gives you an unobstructed rear view without the need for additional braces that add weight, complexity, and obstruct your view.
CMS Performance features uniquely designed three-piece rear kickers that bolt to the Porsche 992 T/GT3/GT3RS rear shock towers (where the factory GT3 Cup Car roll cage mounts). The safest, strongest mounting points, this adds rigidity to the chassis and suspension. The three-piece kicker design is incredibly strong while also being a breeze to install (vs. the typical one-piece design that is usually a nightmare to install). The main roll hoop is mounted to Porsche's steel frame structure beneath the vehicle just like the factory Cup Car cage.
