The two visors I ordered look great, and were simple to snap into place on my 97’ Boxster. Arrived quickly. Car looks so much better.I only wish I hadn’t missed the free shipping offer by a couple days.

I recently broke the cover off one of the original lighted visor mirrors on my Boxster - found these, and I am very happy with the simple install and look. No safety labels! And I am do not miss lighted portion of the mirror.

Broken visor mirror covers on both sides on my lighted mirrors. Dealer Quoted $750 to replace both mirrors. Did the job for $50 without removing and soldering in new mirror bases by buying the unlighted version and just removing the cover from the assembly (cut one pin with a utility knife) and snapping the cover into my existing mirrors. Took 30 minutes.

I have illuminated sun visor mirrors that were missing the cover flaps. I did not want to purchase the entire visor assembly, or order used parts (most with the ugly airbag decal) from eBay. This was the perfect solution! Since the non-lighted cover fits the lighted version (it acts as the on-off switch), I just ordered these and popped the clean black covers off. This did take a little prying with a flat screwdriver and bending of the base - be careful doing this. Then I popped them into my lighted set on the car. I also recommend saving the little U-shaped clips that serve the keep the cover propped open - you may need them if your originals fail later. All in all a worthwhile little project.
