Be prepared for hazards. Small punctures, particularly in the tire tread, can be sealed with this tire sealing gel. This will not fix your tire, but when used properly it can get you to your local tire facility. This comes as standard equipment on most 2005 or newer models, this is the latest and newest version available from Porsche (currently comes in VW AG packaging).

Comes with operating instructions, a portable air compressor is necessary for the usage of this product.

Tire Sealant has an expiration date! Check yours! Porsche recommends replacing tire sealant every four years. The expiration date is caused by the thermal and time-related aging properties of included polymers. After the expiration date the performance of the tire sealant is reduced or impossible.

This kit is a direct replacement for 2005 or newer Boxster, Cayman, Carrera, Panamera, Macan, Cayenne, Carrera GT & 918 Spyder models. Can be used on other models too.

Current version shown, but these are updated often. This current version comes in VW AG packaging, a Porsche part but updated labeling.  USA Ground shipping only.

Sealing kit
(Sterling Heights, MI) | July 11th, 2016
I had a kit in my 2006 Cayman S that came with the car, so it was 11 years old. Porsche recommends replacement every 4 years, so I purchased one to replace the one I had. In addition to the factory tools, I purchased Slime 16oz tire sealant (fits in glovebox) and a puncture repair kit (Slime 2040-A). I figure this gives me the most options. The manufacture date of this (when the 4 year replacement starts ticking) was just 2-3 months before it came in the mail, which isn't bad at all. The original part number has been replaced and my original sealant was a 700mL bottle, the new part number and bottle I received is 600mL. So it's the correct part, but I had to take a minute to research to make sure this was what Porsche recommended. As always, it was correct because Suncoast knows what they are doing.
