This oil has MANY certifications. That is a lot of engine tests. Some other brands (LiquiMoly, Motul, Castrol, etc.) tend to focus on only one set of engine tests. Mobil1, to their credit, qualifies this oil to be used in Mercedes (229.71), VW-Audi (508), Jaguar, Land Rover, ...and it's SN C5, very complete, each specifying it's own pile of tests.
