Legend, myth, icon: the 911 has been the epitome of innovative design and engineering for 60 years. Created by the young Ferdinand Alexander Porsche, the successor to the 356 – initially named the 901 – won the hearts of sports car fans right from the start. Renamed as the now world-famous 911 in 1964, the icon has continued to illustrate what is still true today: that standing still is not an option for a sports car manufacturer. The constant further development and optimization of all components for even better performance on the race track and everyday comfort has been part of the recipe for success for the 911 from the start. This is how new generations of the legendary Porsche have been created – from the G model to the 964 to today’s 992.

These also include the 911 S/T 2.4., which was developed for racing using motorsport-proven lightweight components based on the 911 S and particularly raised the pulse of many Porsche enthusiasts in 1970. Harking back to this legendary variant of the 911, there is now the new 911 S/T, rolled out for the 60th anniversary of the 911 and strictly limited to 1,963 coveted units. Along the same lines, Porsche Design presents the Chronograph 1 – 911 S/T, which incorporates the characteristic features of its motorized counterpart in numerous details, bringing them to your wrist. The handcrafted chronograph from the Porsche watch manufactory in Solothurn, Switzerland, is reserved exclusively for owners of the new 911 S/T.

“For me, it was about creating a watch to match the car.” Like the first 911, the iconic Chronograph I was designed by Prof. F. A. Porsche – and was the inspiration for this exclusive vehicle watch. The design principles have remained unchanged to this day to ensure optimum readability. The chronograph combines the best of both worlds. Therefore, it only makes sense that the lightweight construction concept of the Porsche 91 1 S/T has been transferred to the chronograph case, which is made of lightweight titanium. The high-quality details of the dial and the bezel ring in Black echo the display instruments of the 911 S/T.

The entire minute scale on the bezel ring recalls the heritage tachometer look – including the “60” highlighted in Red to mark the anniversary. All other numbers, the day and the date complete the look in Phosphorous Green. The White stop-seconds hand matches the color of the tachometer. Thanks to Super-Luminova® luminous material, the chronograph’s minute and hour hands tell you the time even in the dark. A printed gear shift pattern in Silver for the Chronograph 1 – 91 1 S/T and in Gold for the Chronograph 1 – 91 1 S/T Heritage underscores the close connection with the manually operated special model. The font of the letters H, M and S for hours, minutes and seconds is also derived directly from the gear shift pattern.

Warranty Coverage by Product Type

Genuine Porsche OEM Parts — 2-Year Warranty

All Genuine Porsche OEM parts purchased from Suncoast Porsche or SuncoastParts.com come with a 2-year, unlimited mileage, parts-only warranty beginning on the date of purchase.

If your parts are installed at an authorized Porsche Service Center, both parts and labor warranty coverage may apply if the part is deemed defective within the 2-year warranty period. Coverage varies by location — please check with your local Porsche dealer prior to installation to confirm their specific warranty participation, as each Porsche Center is independently owned and operated.

Important warranty notes for online purchases:

Labor, diagnostic, and installation fees are not covered when parts are purchased online from SuncoastParts.com or Suncoast Porsche, unless the parts are installed by an authorized Porsche Service Center
Warranty claims must be processed in person at an authorized Porsche Service Center
Warranty service is honored at any authorized Porsche dealer in the United States, however some dealers may decline warranty claims for parts purchased online or from another dealership — always verify with your local dealer before installation
If a warranty claim is approved and the part was not installed by a Porsche Service Center, installation of the replacement part remains the customer's responsibility
Suncoast Porsche and SuncoastParts.com are not liable for any diagnostic, labor, or installation fees charged by another Porsche Service Center

Aftermarket & Performance Parts

Take-Off & Closeout Parts

All take-off and closeout parts are sold as-is with no warranty and are not eligible for return. Pricing on these items reflects their as-is condition.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

The following situations and conditions are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage:

Improper Installation or Misuse — Damage resulting from incorrect installation, negligence, unauthorized alteration, or accident. This includes any use in racing, competition, or motorsport applications
Lack of Proper Maintenance — Damage caused by failure to follow the vehicle's recommended Maintenance Schedule, or failure to use the correct fluids, fuel, oil, or lubricants as specified in the Owner's Manual. Proof of proper maintenance is the owner's responsibility — retain all service receipts in case questions arise
Consequential or Economic Losses — Towing fees, rental vehicles, loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or any other indirect economic losses
Vehicles Outside the USA & Canada — Parts installed on vehicles registered or primarily operated outside of the United States or Canada are not covered under this warranty

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Installed by an Authorized Porsche Dealer

If your parts were originally installed by an authorized Porsche dealer, warranty repairs may be performed by that same dealer or any other authorized Porsche Service Center in the United States. Please allow a reasonable timeframe for repairs after delivering your vehicle to the dealership.

Installed by an Independent Repair Shop

Please be aware: All warranty claims must be inspected, performed, and documented by factory-trained Porsche technicians at an authorized Porsche dealership. Work performed at an independent repair shop does not qualify for warranty consideration. If warranty coverage is a priority, we strongly recommend having your parts installed at an authorized Porsche Service Center.

Documentation Requirements for Warranty Claims

To process a warranty claim, the servicing Porsche dealer will require:

Your original sales receipt or order confirmation from SuncoastParts.com or Suncoast Porsche
A completed warranty certificate
Proof of proper vehicle maintenance history (if applicable)

Suncoast Porsche retains sales records on file for two years. If you need a copy of your receipt, contact us and we will provide it promptly.
