The Panamera 4 E-Hybrid rejoined the lineup for the 2025 model year as the entry point into the 976 generation's plug-in hybrid range, arriving about a year after the base Panamera 4 and Turbo E-Hybrid launched the redesigned platform. It pairs a revamped 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6, now making 300 hp on its own, with an electric motor rated up to 187 hp, for a combined system output of 463 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque.
That's enough for a 0-60 mph run in 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 174 mph, genuinely quick for the most accessible model in the E-Hybrid lineup. The 25.9 kWh battery, shared across all four E-Hybrid variants, delivers roughly 28 miles of EPA-estimated electric-only range, with Porsche's 11 kW onboard charger capable of a full charge in as little as two and a half hours under ideal conditions. Porsche Traction Management all-wheel drive and the eight-speed PDK transmission come standard, and Sport Chrono is included as well, bringing launch control and additional drive modes to what's otherwise the most efficiency-minded model in the range.
Standard equipment includes sport-tuned adaptive air suspension and a panoramic sunroof, with the 4 E-Hybrid distinguished visually by 19-inch wheels and black brake calipers. Porsche's Active Ride suspension, standard on the Turbo S E-Hybrid, remains optional here, along with rear-axle steering, giving buyers room to spec the car up if they want the sharper end of what the platform can do.
