Free Shipping Policy
Free standard UPS Ground shipping is available on qualifying orders — see thresholds below. Applies to standard size UPS boxes only. Excludes heavy, oversize, freight, HAZMAT, and any items requiring special handling.
- Lower 48 States: Free Ground shipping on orders over $200.00
- Florida Residents: Free Ground shipping on orders over $150.00

Rush Orders & Emergency Stock Requests
Important: Due to high order volume and continuous inventory movement, real-time stock levels are not always reflected on our website. For urgent or time-sensitive orders, please email [email protected] to confirm availability before placing your order. Expedited delivery options are available at an additional cost, including for items sourced outside the USA.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Our primary shipping carrier is UPS. We also use the US Postal Service for small flat-rate packages and freight carriers for larger or oversized items. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we reserve the right to use an alternate carrier at no extra cost to you.
- Shipping and expediting fees are non-refundable — no exceptions
- Return shipping costs are not covered by Suncoast Porsche
- Orders over $1,250.00 may require a signature upon delivery
UPS Ground Shipping Transit Times
The map below shows estimated UPS Ground transit times from our Sarasota, FL location. Please note that all orders are subject to a 2–4 business day processing window before shipment. Special orders may require additional processing time. UPS Ground transit times shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If delivery by a specific date is critical, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you receive a damaged box or incorrect item, contact us within 10 days of delivery — timing is critical for filing carrier claims.
Using a freight forwarder or international address? Ensure the receiving party opens and inspects all package contents for damage and accuracy before forwarding. Suncoast Porsche's responsibility ends upon delivery to your forwarder. Any loss, damage, or missing items beyond that point must be resolved with your shipper or freight forwarder.
International Shipping & Orders
We ship internationally! For a shipping quote, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout — shipping costs to your location will be calculated automatically.
- Taxes & Duties: Customers outside the USA are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by their government. We recommend checking with UPS or your local customs office for an estimate before ordering.
- Freight Forwarders: Our responsibility ends upon delivery to your freight forwarder. Ensure all items are inspected before forwarding — once shipped onward, the forwarder assumes full responsibility for loss, damage, or missing items.
- Product Compatibility: Products on our site are primarily intended for the North American market. Please contact us before ordering to confirm compatibility with your vehicle.
