UPS is our default and primary shipping method, other carriers may be used upon request, contact us and we will see which shipping method is available. Shipping and expediting fees are never refundable, no exception. Return shipping is never covered by Suncoast. For international shipping, we will never intentionally lower the declared value of any item or misrepresent the contents of a shipment to avoid or reduce customs taxes and/or duties. The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs fees. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs inspection.

7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.
