Our Policies

Cashier Check or Money Orders - please include all order information and contact information inside the envelope.  Subject to holding period.

Company Check or Personal Check - these checks must clear before they will be shipped (allow 9-14 days). Please include all order information with the check.

Credit Cards - We can accept a credit card over the phone, and we can only ship to the billing address on the account. If you need it shipped to another address, give us a call and we can help you.  With a quick phone call to your credit card company you can add an authorized shipping address.

Damaged Items:  For damaged products (return or replacement) buyers must contact us within 10 days of receipt.  See the notes below in our Problems section.

Exchanges - For clothing, must be returned with original packaging and labels.  Washed, used, or dirty clothing is not returnable.

Exchanges - For incorrectly ordered items, see our Return Policy below.

International orders - please contact us for more information, orders outside North America require a Bank Wire Transfer or a verified payment method. Please note, out website we not process international orders unless you're using a freight forwarding service like www.BongoUS.com.

Freight Forwarders - If you're using a freight forwarder, our responsibility ends when they receive the package. Make sure they inspect all contents for damage and accuracy, and contact us with any issues before they forward the products to your location. Once they forward the package they are responsible for any loss, damage, or missing items.

Paypal - We will only ship to a Confirmed Address.  If you would like an alternate address, add the address to your account.  We may need to contact you with your Paypal specific email address.

Returns - See our Return Policy below

Sales Tax - 7% for Florida residents, no tax for shipping outside of Florida.

Shipping - Shipping fee is not refundable, no exception.  Return shipping cost is not covered by Suncoast.  We use UPS for most shipping, we can use Federal Ex or the US Postal Service for international shipments. Warranty - Manufacturers warranties vary, factory Porsche Parts come with a limited warranty against manufacturers defects.  Misuse or improper installation will void this warranty. Some warranty claims are not possible by mail, and will require you to complete the warranty claim at your local dealer. Installation cost of warranty parts is not covered.

Pricing - Prices are subject to change at anytime, we do our best to update our website, but fluctuations happen constantly.

 

Problems - Do you have a problem with an order?  Take these steps:

Contact Us - We're open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (EST).  Please call or email us in a timely manner.  If we're closed, please email us with your concern and we will address it as soon as possible.  We will do our best to assist you, reasonable requests will be considered if addressed in a timely manner.  You have 10 days to resolve shipping errors or damage, so don't delay!!  Please inspect all items upon receipt. 

Damaged Boxes/Parts - If a box arrives and it looks like it has been impacted, notify the freight company at the time of delivery if possible.  Ask the driver to make a note of it, anything that can be done to start a claim will speed-up the process.  Delays and problems are unfortunate, but they do happen, and there are necessary steps required to resolve them. 

Keep Everything - Please retain all factory packaging, the box, and all box padding.  If you discard any of these items, we may not be able to help you. 

Take Photos - Please email photos.  Sending photos will give us the information we need to help you.  If something isn't fitting properly, maybe we can provide assistance.  If UPS has destroyed a box, and a part has been pulverized, we will need to see it.  Sometimes verbal or written communciation won't help, and photos will help clarify any confusion.  Take photos of everything including packaging. 

Don't Install It - If you know something is defective or wrong, don't install it.  By installing it, you will lose the ability to process a claim.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical Items - No Exceptions
  • Clothing - non-returnable, but exchanging sizes is easy. Email us for details.
  • Installed Items
  • Undocumented shipping damage or mis-packaged items
  • Incomplete returns, missing hardware or factory packaging
  • Damage from misuse or improper installation
  • Over 30 days
  • Certain Special/Custom Order Items - Any interior part which is color specific, non-factory parts, body panels, and special request items (items not shown on our site).

  • Uninstalled Items
  • Returned within 30 days
  • Unauthorized returns (lack of RMA and/or acknowledgment of management)
