Projector LED Puddle Lights - PORSCHE SKU: SKULEDPRO

These LED projector lights add a touch of class. The projected Porsche logo is pin sharp, while the red section you see on the door card looks like two small LED screens, so much better than the standard incandescent bulb. Fitting the lights is easy, only caution being the original lights have a steel wave springs on the top of the light, one on each end, these are used to retain the lights. You need to insert a thin plastic trim tool or similar between the top of the light and the door card, this flattens the wave spring, then gently pry the light forward, you may need to do this at each end of the light until it pops free. The new LED lights do not have the wave springs. The springs are replaced with a solid plastic lugs to retain the light. After connecting the electrical supply, fit the bottom on the light first, then push up and back to push it into the door card. The whole process is pretty quick and the result is excellent!

Really bright and sharp. Did not mention anything to my family members about the change, they were all surprised after boarding my 911 turbo S! This is an original part that can actually be ordered in new car models as an option. I think its worth the money for it, as looks Porsche quality and not a cheap mass-produced light. Installation was super easy, no special tools required (I carefully used a table knife...), in 5 minutes it was done.

My 992 has courtesy lighting that illuminates the ground upon opening the door, this upgrade throws a little class into the light with the PORSCHE insignia. The install is super easy, no door panel removal necessary. Use some of the Porsche plastic removal tools, gently pull back the panel, pull the existing lamp & install the new one. Takes 5 minutes. I'd also recommend using some painters tape along the door panel areas around the lamp to help ease your mind during install; if you're worried about marring the material. The Porsche projector lamp adds a nice touch. Great value too

really nice feature especially if you don't have illuminated door sills, OEM part, installed both in 5 minutes on my 991.2

Looks cool to have the writing on the ground. Much better then soothing before that and install is silly easy. However the light is nowhere near as bright in the Audi’s and even the crappy 6 banger mustangs have a nice bright horse. But we are maybe limited by the original cabling so I don’t know. I’d def do it again. cool at night so don’t be too down in the daytime
