A new upgrade from Porsche. Replaces your standard orange side marker with a factory clear LED side marker lights. A direct replacement for your stock assembly, and comes with a brighter and more exotic LED light assembly. Compared to the standard side marker, this newer version has a thinner profile, and a black background which gives it a slightly darker appearance.

Fits the following models (991, 981, & 718 models):

Great "but"

One of them arrived with a somewhat broken edge and I thought that I will have to send it back and get a replacement but after I installed I discovered that the broken edge can not be seen. So I guess it 's almost OK but I still think that it should not have been damaged. Could it be that it is going to slowly crack from vibration - do not know but it could be.

While the original amber side markers didn't bother me that much, I thought the LED replacements looked great and were worth the expense. The install really is as easy as the video shown. I've seen a number of Youtube videos with guys prying at the light to get it off -- that shouldn't be necessary. Simply slide it toward the back of the car to release the plastic "hook" holding it to the car. The only difference with mine is that on my car, there was almost no slack in the electrical wire and connector -- made it a little tricky to get my hands in there.I think they look pretty nice. The more I look at them, the more I like them.
