In 1967, the Porsche 911 R was built for use in racing. Only 23 were built. The powerful engine he received from the Porsche 906, the most successful 2-liter racing sports car of its time. Added to this was a lightweight construction implemented down to the smallest detail. The perfect ingredients for a legend. The 911 R stands for historic races, for victories and records, of naturally aspirated and manual transmissions, for red stripes and for the Porsche logo at its side.
