I was able to install without removing door panel after watching a you tube video. The wiring was a little trick to unplug, but needle nose vise grips did the trick. Leass than 30 minutes start to finish, including watching video

Able to replace in 20 Minutes by removing door panel. (see you tube video, need T-27 Torx Screwdriver) Appears very difficult to do by pulling it up without removing door panel (wire very short) Cheers !! Anyhow,
