    Easy DIY, but be gentle
    (AZ) | November 28th, 2021
This is a pretty easy DIY if you have a decent set of trim removal tools and a couple of small flat blade screwdrivers. The sill is attached by snap clips just in front of and behind the switch. Remove the front one first as you can move the seat back enough to get range of movement with the trim tool. The hardest part if removing the switch from the trip piece. After unplugging the switch (no tab on mine as it was a friction fit). Carefully examine the new switch and you will see that you need to pry the trim piece away from the switch to get it out. Do one end at a time by using two small flat blade screwdrivers to find the little slot on one edge. Once you have popped out one end you can do the other the same way. The switch goes in easy. Use your small flat trim tool to force the weather striping on top of the trim piece once it is snapped back in place. Admire your work and your done.

    OEM Part. Works as Advertised
    (Utah) | March 13th, 2020
The part is, as far as I can tell, OEM. The replacement is pretty easy. You'll have to completely remove the door sill. I'd watch a few videos before trying. The only hard part is removing the switch from the old door sill. I suggest using 4 hands. If you're planning on upgrading the door sill to C.F., now's the time to do it. The trim tool kit is highly recommended. Replacement took about an hour. A skilled mechanic could do it in 20-minutes.
    Perfect fit and easy install

Suncoast just gets it right. Parts are always the right ones and fit perfectly. This switch was easy to install and I reconditioned the plastic part of my door sills while I was at it.
