This shift knob comes standard on "S" models. This is the aluminum-look silver shift knob with a 6 speed gear pattern.

Fits all 2005-2012 Carrera, Cayman, and Boxster models with a 6-speed transmission.

Old shift knob had a chip in the plastic probably from a previous owners ring. I looked at aftermarket but wanted to retain the OEM feel and look. Ordered this in Sea Blue and when it arrived I put a leather coating on it before installing. Looks fantastic and the new leather has a slight grippiness to it that the old shifter had worn off. Btw this includes a new shift boot installed on the shift knob.
