Genuine Porsche Music Player Interface
Music Player (iPod) Interface Tequipment. This is a new system that functions with the standard CDR 30 CD Player (not compatible with PCM). Adds an auxiliary input under the "CD" category. Installation instructions are available, contact us for more information. Dealer activation is required.
- The music player interface has the following main features: Discrete installation position in the center console storage bin
- Additional standard connection socket for 3.5-mm jack plug
- Volume control via CDR radio
- Music tracks can be selected using the external music player
The standard 12 volt plug socket in the center console storage bin is no longer used when the music player interface is installed.
Fits 2009-2012 Cayman, Boxster, GT2 RS, GT3, & GT3 RS models with the standard CDR 30 CD Player (not compatible with PCM 3.0).
