COVID-19 Update

The latest Suncoast update on COVID-19

Latest update from Suncoast:

At this time, it's business as usual at Suncoast.  UPS and USPS are shipping on schedule.  During these uncertain times, please allow an extra day or two to process your orders.  We appreciate your patience and support.  Currently these are the only delays we are experiencing:

  • Lloyd Custom Mats - Lloyd is currently closed, we have temporarily removed their products from the site.
  • Girodisc - Girodisc is temporarily closed.
  • Porsche Germany (parts distribution center) - Currently Porsche's parts warehouse in Germany is closed. This will delay products coming from Germany, we're unsure of delay times for these products.

As we face one of the most serious public health concerns most of us have seen in our lifetime, the top priority at Suncoast Porsche Parts is the safety and well being of our employees, customers, and our local and global communities. is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and we are taking a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our customers and team members. Our goal is to do everything we can to help you and our employees keep safe during this unprecedented and evolving situation.

We've instituted a pandemic plan across our organization that includes health and safety protocols so we can continue to serve you.

Our team is available to help you, as always. We're augmenting cleaning procedures at our facilities and have educated all team members on best practices recommended by the CDC.

We are working closely with suppliers to maintain the flow of product or find alternates where supplies may be limited.

Currently we are still receiving and shipping orders as normal but our communications, processing of orders and deliveries could be delayed as we have cut back our works hours and amount of employees in the workplace at one time to abide by CDC regulations.

Unfortunately we can no longer guarantee shipment times from UPS and USPS at time as they are prioritizing medical supply deliveries that are needed at this time throughout the world.

Thank you for your understanding and patience during these challenging times. We will be available as much as possible via phone and email daily with lessened hours of operation, we encourage communication via email whenever possible. Hopefully this will pass soon so we can get back to normal operations soon.
