Door Edge Guards SKU: DEG

Was 1st surprised, 3M product, not Porsche. Only 1 in the door, not a set, which wasn't clear. 2021 Macons are difficult to apply as the door edge is not straight. We ended up passing on doing it. Should work well on a straight edge door.

I thought I was buying a porsche-specific part. but no, this is a generic 3M product that’s available for $5.95 on Amazon. buy it there instead and save $8 plus shipping.

Easy to install, looks great because you can’t see it unless you’re looking for it.

These things where easy to install and now that they are on, pretty much invisible unless you look for them. We have 2 cars in the garage and they actually are on my wife’s’ suv so there is no accidental nick to the Cayman! Works just fine.

I havent used it yet cause i only bought one pack not knowing it wouldn’t be enough for my porsche macan . It should be detailed and say how many is needed per car

Not too hard to install. Still maintains its clear appearance after over a year on the car. Protects the door edge effectively and not very noticeable.

difficult to install without wrinkles but does protect the door. Just take your time and don't stretch the material
